Describe a recent project that you have completed.Assisted a client who took a consolidation loan and didn't close the consolidated accounts but continued to use them. She didn't afford them and no credit checks were done since these were existing accounts. The consolidation loan was meant to help her debt problems instead it worsened them. This has been one of the most difficult cases I had to work on. From the support she was offered as well as her positive attitude, she is now on a journey to becoming debt-free.
Who are some of your customers and can you provide traceable references?Based on the Protection of Personal information (POPI) Act, I am unfortunately not in a position to provide traceable references. Besides, my clients are guaranteed privacy and confidentiality and I maintain these as some of my company's values to remain trusted by my clients.
