Guard Services: Fully trained and accredited security personnel securing your site. We offer customized uniforms to complement your Company brand. Guards linked to a 24hr control room and backed by armed response via a panic button system.
Maintenance and repairs: are done by our in-house maintenance team, before occupation, to ensure all is to standard - During occupation to ensure property does not deteriorate or is vandalised by tenants and after occupation to ensure that the tenant is held liable for damages to your property. MSC will take care of broken items, re-painting of the unit before Swift can do deep cleaning. MSC supervises, and takes care of the garden services ensuring that the grounds remain clean and kept to an acceptable standard.
Cleaning services: Cleaning teams keeping your building clean and presentable at all times cleaning passages, staircases, Club Houses and any other common areas that may require a cleaning service. Pre occupation cleaning of units: including taking away of rubble left behind by tenants, fumigation and final deep cleaning of the units, carpets, bathroom, kitchen areas including stoves and ovens. Innovative Software – Little Legend Group has invested in a state of the art software program whereby all maintenance requests and reports are digitized and accessible on a cloud based platform. This streamlines the channels of communications and speeds up service delivery. The progress of a maintenance request can be followed “live” in real time by the click of a button. Access to the system is username and password protected and offered to our clients at a nominal monthly administration fee.
