Vics Shade and Carports specializes in manufacture and installations of the following:

Car Ports:
Materials have a 3 year guarantee. Normal wear and tear excluded PAYMENT Balance due and payable on date of completion of work. Interest of 3% per month will be payable on late payments. In the event of non-payment, all costs disbursed by us to our attorneys in securing your compliance with the provisions will be for your account on an attorney and client scale and shall include costs of all attendances, tracings and collection commission charged whether action has been instituted or not.

Shade Ports:
- 60% deposit is required on acceptance of quote, balance payable on completion or collection date;
- Prices are based on the assumption that electricity is readily available on site;
- Prices are based on digging into pick able soil, if any obstruction is found underground, hiring of a breaker will be for your account;
- Please note that you will need to have someone on site to indicate to our workers where any underground
cables, sewerage and water pipes that could be damaged may be. We will not held responsible for any damage without such notification;
- Our structures are primed and painted in white.

Steel Fabrications:
- Please allow 2 weeks from date of order and deposit receipt for installation;
- Quote is valid for 14 days (subject raw material increases within the 14 days pay-period) All materials remain
the property of Vicsolar Construction CC until paid in full;
- Vicsolar Construction cc reserve the right to remove materials erected if our conditions of sale are not met;
- We do not accept liability for accidental injury to persons or damage to property during our attendance on the premises.
