The Builder Guy had a clear understanding of what we were trying to accomplish. Attention to detail and building what we wanted. Remained within our agreed budget. I Highly recommend this company.

I have given Travis Cowen a very huge deposit for major changes around my house in December 2019. To date, He has not completed the job, his workmanship is poor and he left my property looking very shabby. Please be very careful of this company and its owner Travis Cowan.

It is with a heavy heart that I have to write this review to share my bad experience with everyone else using this platform. Travis initially indicated that my project (patio roof and tiling) would take only a few days. Few extra tasks added as we got started (gutters and fixing some foundation issues with the patio) and it is now 6 months later and the project is still not finished: few weeks of lockdown did obviously have an influence on the time, however if I take into account all the lies, empty promises and low quality of work, I would DEFINITELY not recommend anyone using Travis for any project. My gutters still need some work and the patio roof is still leaking after he tried to fix it on numerous occasions. Two months since I made the final payment and have not heard from him since (not responding to messages or answering my calls). Thanks for pushing me to this point: hopefully this review will ensure that other people don't have the same terrible experience I had.

Dishonest. Don't pay him a deposit. Major loss off money on site and need to spend to get new contractors in to fix the job. He pays deposits to suppliers and you do not get delivery. He leaves unskilled workers on site resulting in constant rework. Once you realise and put pressure he refuses to take calls.

Seems to be a con-artist. Has run off with a lot of money meant to "secure supplies" prior to the lockdown and is now not delivering on my half-finished project. There are other complaints too. Check out the reviews on the The Builder Guy facebook page

I found Travis & his team very respectful, helpful & professional. The management and communication was second to none which made the build seamless with constant updates, photos and if i had any issues or requests they were dealt with immediately. Travis went over and above to fit in site visits, out of work hours to fit in with our schedule. IN SAYING THIS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BUILDER GUY!!

The builder guy did an excellent job with renovations in and around the house.

Travis and his team were great, Re did my bathroom, Tiles came out amazing, Could not have wished for better. Workmanship was top notch. Well done guys ill Defiantly use you again and will let all my friends know iv Had so many good comments so far about my New Bathroom
