Brides, despite what people say that it's nice, sure to a point. Until your wedding is nearly cancelled due to non-management of staff, Owner being rude and abrupt to me the bride.
4 weeks before my wedding, I had no venue. Why, Tres Joie does not know how to plan and book. Had meeting promised a whole lot of things would be done, informing when I would do a cash full amount payment.
For 2 weeks unable to get through to the lady "managing" the plans, my bridesmaid and myself just go there.
That's where the nightmare started, the venue was not booked, nothing was confirmed, all the items were discussed agreed upon would not be included, the owner yelling and being rude saying without hesitation if you not happy, I will refund you, only in 14 days. not once saying I'm sorry my staff messed up, how can we fix this. Her emails to me, the tone so rude and arrogant. Various Consumer rights were violated, she need training on how to communicate to customers.
