Adrienne sold my house. We liaised on a price: after a week or two of inactivity, we agreed on a lower price. The second person she brought to the house made an offer to purchase the same day at a price I was prepared to accept. She also provided me the contact details of a lawyer who handled the transaction. The only reason I have not given her 5 stars is that she could have communicated with me more frequently, although this is a minor criticism.
