OTP Fitness is a one of a kind strength, HIIT and functional training facility.
Our session are 45min -1 hour long, with the first class starting at 6am and our last class ending at 8:30pm.
We were established in April 2021 after the realisation of how COVID had change the way we look at public gyms and interactions around training in a place where there are many people using its service on a day to day basis. We are offering a more private and stress free space for people to work out in.
Our private training sessions offer a space for 1 to 2 people to train at a time, giving the freedom to relaxed, and enjoy your session without any interruptions or negative thoughts passing through your mind.
Each session is lead by a personal trainer that will be watching your form and technique, as well as guide you through the session the the day.
We offer training for all types of fitness levels, from beginners to intermediate and even people that seem to have hit a plato and just need that extra nudge to break through into that next step.
Our session vary from week to week, with us keeping those core fundamental movements in the workout, yet still spicing it up with more difficult or easier variation of the basic fundamental movement.
