Sealing two leaks on gutters on a double storey townhouse.
JP did the job without rushing through it. Within 48 hours of him having attended a particular leak on an outside corner, a very heavy downpour was experienced, and caused that area to leak again. JP came back and redone that area. There has not been another downpour again, but so far no dripping from dew from the roof has been seen.
JP has a calm personality and a conscientious worker, taking his duties very seriously.

Tiling - Very friendly and trustworthy. A project that was supposed to take 1 day took 3 days which was a bit too long, but he admitted that they were a bit slow. They struggled more with the big patterned tiles for the one area I wanted done than plain tiles for another area.

Ca le that was accidently cut by a contractor was repaired. JP had to figure out what purpose of cable was before he could repair. Thankfully he knew exactly what to look for a d repaird ca le quickly and gave some additional free advice.
