I work mainly from a Systems Approach as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, however there is also an appreciation for other paradigms of working such as Psychodynamic and African Epistemology. I offer individual psychotherapy, couples therapy and family therapy. I work with children, adolescents and adults.
