Our range of cured and uncured calendared sheeting is made to the highest technical specifications and is the result of over thirty years experience in the field.
Used primarily to line tank, launders, pipes, pumps, valves, sumps and chutes in the mining and general industry, the ranges has been specifically developed to handle conditions of severe corrosion and abrasion. Our calendared sheeting consists of a range of more that fifteen standard products including synthetics such as butyl, nitrile and polychloroprene, complimenting our extensive range of natural rubber compounds (available in black, green and red), each specifically designed to provide protection against slurries, acids, chemicals, cut and impact damage under adverse operating conditions.
We also supply a full range of quality hand built flexible rubber hoses and bends. Sizes range from 100mm to 600mm nominal bore and can be custom built to suit your requirements. Products include hoses for medium and heavy duty slurry pumping, acid solution and discharge, petrolic, sand and shot blasting, cement and silo handling, as well as a complete range of ducting hoses.
We also supply Diamond Pulley Lagging, Ceramic Epoxy Linings and Solid rubber wear blocks.
Liner thickness is available in any thicknesses from 6mm to 25mm, Length up to 9m standard.
Straight length of wear – resist lined pipe have a continuous homogenous ceramic lining, some other systems have multiple lining segments and hence multiple jointing, the jointing can increase the chances of premature failure.
Wear – resist lined pipe, due to our manufacturing method, has the ceramic lining absolutely flush with the flange faces, this is essential if one is to avoid problems in the flange area.
Wear – Resist is suitable for use in virtually all areas subject to wear from liquids, slurries and dust. It is also suitable for use in some medium impact areas.
