A Registered Dietitian with an an honours degree. My role in healthcare is to assess, diagnose and treat nutritional and dietary problems using scientific evidence. I strongly believe that good nutrition is crucial in maintaining / restoring good health.I work very well with people and always offer nutrition treatment that is to the best of my ability and that is individualised , considering a range of factors such as age, activity level, religion, eating habits, existing conditions and symptoms, body size and lifestyle.I see clients clinically for one on one consultation at Tshedza medical and Aesthetic services in Midrand and online. I also do home visits.
