Bright came out at 7pm on a Saturday evening and rescued my neighbour's cat that was stuck 15m up a prickly acacia tree! He was reassuring, brave and thoroughly professional - we had been at our wit's end as to how to rescue the cat. I know that this is not a tree felling review - but I have no doubt that he would arrive with the same "can-do" cheerful capable attitude approach to any task that he tackled. He is a pleasure to deal with, and our hero tonight.
