We had a company wellness event that we hosted and we needed some nutritious food to be served. Ash On Food delivered the most exceptional service ever, the food was amazing the team couldn't stop talking about the prawns they served. I would definitely use their service again. To Ashley and his team may they continue serving tasty food.

We make meals twice a week for up to 7 trainers in the Sandton and Dainfern area. These are measured meals with specific calories and proteins.
