Archline Solutions specializes in a broad spectrum of architectural and project management services. During the last decade we have built on our knowledge and expertise.

Archline handled additions & alteration projects of R100 000 to new developments of R240mil upwards. But the expertise does not end there, we also do Warehousing projects, Church projects, Filling Stations and High End Upmarket Residential projects.

We also have a wide range of contractors panel to ensure turnkey projects saving our clients money and a lot of headache and admin. That is where we step in as project managers and handle the project in our best capacity and safeguard our clients to ensure smooth sailing throughout the entire project timeline.

We are registered with The South African Council for the Architectural Profession.

We have PIA (Pretoria Institute of the Architectural Profession) training which complies with the new legislations required by all councils. SACAP (South African Council for the Architectural Profession) registered as required by councils nationwide.

Describe a recent project that you have completed.

Designed a new residence for a married couple that was relocating to the coast, Cape Agulhas. Boasting open plan living areas. Did additions and alterations for a returning client to upgrade his house previously designed by us. The client was ready to add a blow ground level wine cellar with glass floors and glass walkways in the current house.

In architecture there is no guarantee on that, but no drawing will be issued if the client does not give approval that they are satisfied. We work closely with the building contractors to ensure every aspect is well understood.
