We thoroughly understand the problem
This is the first and most important step in our process. Everything flows from here. We gain understanding from all levels in order to flesh out the burning platform. This includes understanding the overall business strategy to lowest-level detail where process execution take place. Once the problem statement is fully understood and agreed, this allows to perform effective root cause analysis to ensure the solution will deliver the desired benefit.
It’s not just about the Tech… It’s about the solution
We are not married to our products. Yes, you heard correct! Although that seems counter-intuitive, BizWize was founded under the premise that the solution (end-result) was far more important than the tool used to get there.This flexibility is enjoyed by most of our clients, as we are able to (i) either leverage what’s currently available in terms of the client’s architecture and chosen platforms; or (ii) develop and create new technology sets required by the clients; or (iii) customise and plug in one of our products. These 3 options are always guided by the right process to deliver the solution that best fits the client’s business.
Our people
We are a diverse group of individuals that combine to function as a team. Our diverse backgrounds cover the following areas: accounting, auditing, industrial engineering, gaming, development and coding, business analysts, process engineering, teaching, SAPS and mechanical engineering. All these different skills and experiences allow for a “rookie smarts” mind-set. A “rookie smart” mind-set continually pushes the accepted boundaries by asking the “simple” questions that people are usually too afraid to ask. We are not the experts of our clients’ businesses. We apply a rookie mentality as we learn about their business. This brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and the fearlessness of youth in order to question the status-quo and look for innovative ways to improve.

As such, we are comfortable to operate across a wide spectrum off different economies, cultures and environments. We can however operate anywhere in the world because we’re set up to work remotely.
