I work with business owners between the ages of 28 - 55 (mainly situated in Jhb but not limited to) whose businesses are too small for an accounting department but perhaps too big or unwilling to do their admin themselves.
The biggest challenge for small business owners is the effective functioning of all the "departments" which you have to take care - i.e. purchasing of stock, finding new customers/clients, having working capital, admin, marketing and and.. most importantly your finance/accounting department (which indicates cash flow & SARS compliance and paints a picture of the financial situation of the business (no.. cash in the bank is not profit).
