I ordered blinds, I payed R700 deposit, the blinds got delayed due to courier issues, then the blinds arrived but now it's been weeks the guy says he doesn't have staff to come install them and he doesn't even reply to my calls or messages I now think this company is a SCAM!!!! They Scamed me my money

Good day.!Trust you are well. I think it’s not ethical to post this as we were in contact yesterday and u said I would be there Wednesday to install. I think you should wait till Wednesday first before creating a bad image with our business. I explained myself very well upon all our delays. R700 will certainly not get us far in life to scam people. We are a legit legal business who deal with clients that spend hundreds of thousands with us.
