Describe a recent project that you have completed.A complete refurbishment of 15 apartments in Krugersdorp for resell. the project ended off with superior quality (we exceeded expeted sales prices) and came in about 4% under budget. The body corporate was a mess, which we brought to compliance in 3 months as a project manager.
Who are some of your customers and can you provide traceable references?We are currently bust with 2 100 ha developments in Midrand and Krugersdorp, a commercial to residential conversion and 720 unit high desnity complex.
