RLF7 Gas Installations Sandton City, Sandton  Verification Pending

Bad service, stealing from a client: Ronald did part of gas installation for my house in second semester 2018, the house was under construction then and I paid him a deposit. I funded the house project myself, so the house was completed in December 2019, now he had to do the final part of the gas connections , fireplace, gas stove and braai plus supply of the gas containers and cage; I paid him R4000.00, as soon as he got the money he ignored my calls and messages.He gets a ZERO

I have used Ronald for gas, I gave him a deposit of R7000 and made another payment of R1500 which he was pushing for, after paying him he started playing games, he then sent me a medical certificate that he is not well, and offered to refund me. I said to him I did not want a refund, then he also asked me how much he should refund me. I did not know what to say. He is now avoiding all my calls. I intend calling his doctor and asking for his address, I will go with the police to his house. I am so disappointed and hurt. We had an agreement and he ran away with my money. He is reading my messages and not responding, I cannot rate him I had to put one star but I do not even want to give him a star.

Extremely poor Service, contractor was paid in full for a service in January, which was never completed and has yet to repay the funds 4 months later

Paid cash for appliances a representative from RLF7 Gas Installers quoted me on. 7 weeks down the line I still don't have the appliances, no updates, no communication. Everytime I try to follow up I'm told the rep is busy with other projects I must relax.
