If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Still sitting with an infestation. They only fumigated inside and not outside as it started raining and did not return since to complete the job. If you want stress and if you have money to throw away use this company as they have no regard for peoples time and money. It has been a month of begging and pleading for this company to come back and complete my outside fumigation and redo the inside as there is still an infestation but nothing to date. They made an appointment to come out yesterday and did not pitch. After following up again with them they say they will make a plan. The owner Brian will ignore you when you reach out for assistance . Kenneth is helpful but cant do much. The only time they are professional is with the initial consultation but once you have paid you can forget about them finishing a job or keeping to their 3 month guarantee.
