This includes:
• Free market related property assessments
• A data base of buyers looking for places like yours
• Advertising on 11 different property portals.
• Professional photos
• Walk-through or Voice over videos on exclusive
properties like yours
FOR RENTALS -
• Screening and vetting of tenants.
• In-going / mid-term / exit inspections.
• Monthly rent collection.
• Management of levy and /or Rates & Taxes payments.
• Recovering of utility costs.
• Deposits are kept in an interest-bearing Trust account.
• A 100% pay-rate, as no late payments are tolerated (we work with Deon Engelbrecht as well as Marlon Shevelew Attorneys). We also offer procurement options.
