About Us

We have a Hands-On Approach in our treatment of pain, treating a variety of conditions ranging from back pain, headaches and Sports' Injuries to Bronchitis and Post-Operative conditions. Treatment methods include manual soft tissue and joint release, Dry Needling and Acupuncture. Specific Pilates based Rehabilitation programs are also devised with 1-1 and Pilates class options also available.
