World's View Yoga Studio Somerset West  

I've been attending yoga classes at World's View Yoga Studio on and off for the last 20 years. It's an integral part of how I manage my stress and practice mindfulness. Domenique is an excellent teacher, who is always considerate of everyone's abilities and physical constraints. The non competitive environment means I can work to own ability and improve at my own pace. I wholeheartedly recommend World's View Yoga Studio

I love Dominiques yoga classes! I’ve been traveling around Asia for 5 years and have done yoga classes all over. Dominique is by far the most experienced and knowledgeable yoga instructor I had. Her classes are greatly balanced between relax, stretch and exercise. She’s super warm and loving and makes everyone feel comfortable.

I have been doing yoga with Domenique for 20 years so it goes without saying that in my opinion, she's the best ! I love the setting of her studio and the relaxing atmosphere. She is extremely well qualified and where necessary, adjusts exercises to suit ones specific needs if you have an injury or weakness. I highly recommend her for all levels - for those just starting or have, like me, been doing yoga for many years.

I have been doing yoga with Domenique at World's View Yoga Studio on and off for the last 20 years. She is such a professional yoga teacher. Whether you are pregnant or have injuries, she will adjust the movements for you specifically within a class. She keeps an eye that everyone is holding the correct position to avoid any injury. Yoga helps me to destress and sleep. I also love the wealth of knowledge that Domenique shares with us, therefore what positive benefit a specific pose has on the body.

Dominique caters for your shape, size and age. She takes your unique physical constraints in consideration - with personal attention - when guiding you through the class. I tried yoga classes at the gym (McYoga) but there is no comparison

Only started Yoga recently and fell inlove with the practice of Yoga immediately at World's View. Domenique is a fantastic teacher, as a beginner I am in great hands with her.

Domenique has been my yoga teacher for more than 12 and a half years. Her love for yoga, the mind and body comes through in every lesson. You can not leave without being touched by her enthusiasm and her belief in the body's ability to heal itself. Domenique takes great care in helping every individual to not over strain and injure themselves, which is only possible in a smaller class setting. The World's View Yoga Studio is nestled in a quiet area, close to the Helderberg Mountain, which adds to the feel of serenity, essential to the full yoga experience. I highly recommend the World's View Yoga Studio to anyone, young and old, whether a newbie to yoga or and old hand.

I recently joined World's view yoga, and enjoy my weekly sessions very much. Studio provides very calm and relaxing environment and I feel totally relaxed after my class. It is a very traditional yoga and suits any levels and any age group.
