Spit Braai & Hire is a catering company that was established in 1995 as a Spit Braai catering company and has since brought in Buffets, Potjie Kos, Breakfast and Traditional Braai Vleis as standard menus. We also do Ox on the Spit and has always been a traditional favourite among South Africans.
Event Coordination and Function Planning also forms part of our services, and we always do the best to assist our new and existing clients.
We cater a standard of 350g of meat per person to ensure there is always enough for the hungry.
Our recipes have been fine tuned to perfection over the years and our prices are very competitive. Catering is our passion and we love serving our clients.
The company has a hiring division which runs hand in hand with the catering and function coordinating division. We are able to assist you with the hiring from a teaspoon to a marquee big enough to seat a few thousand people. Catering for small functions of 20 people up to 8000 people, each client and function is valued with the same importance.
