I have never came across such incompetency, bad service and lack of industry knowledge in my entire life. I recently got in iphone contract, and had to go without being able to use it for a whole week because she did not log my balance upgrade!!!THIS WOMAN HAS COST ME IMPORTANT BUSINESS. I cannot accept such INCOMPETENT disrespectful behavior and will be taking it up with head office and social media.I hope you take this complaint very seriously.
