Boss Industrial Maintenance was founded by Allan Dunbar out of a desire to provide a dedicated, skilled and professional service to factories and warehouses nationwide. Following a period of intense market research and analysis of existing maintenance practices across the country, a business concept was developed which combined Allan’s extensive 25 years of building, project management, and construction experience, and a keen sense for the finer details.
With the ability to offer a suite of services this enables our clients to deal with one supplier for all their maintenance requirements.
The business model was initially based on general building and construction services, leading to the extension of gutter & roofing replacement and repairs.
After extensive research, we then developed a more sustainable gutter repair system (Seamless Gutter Rubber Inserts). BIM is the only company in South Africa that offers this sustainable solution to gutter repairs.
The company is a Level 4 Bee contributor as well as SHE compliant.
