I am a Clinical Psychologist situated in Umhlanga Rocks, KwaZulu Natal and working in a private practice. I offer individuals, psychotherapy in order to assist them to cope with daily challenges and difficulties that emanate from, among others, relationship conflicts, anxiety, mood disorders such as depression, bipolar mood disorder, adjustment disorders, postnatal depression, life challenges, grief, acute and post traumatic stress, workplace stress and conflict management including Employee Assistance Program.

My services also extend to groups where I also offer group counseling services for trauma debriefing, adolescent groups to deal with life changes and women groups by assisting and empowering them to cope with life challenges.
