Jude has been active in the catering industry for over 25 years. With a passion for cooking and food from an early age, it is the result of many years of hard work. The food is innovative and fresh with a multi-cultural zing. We use chemical free produce whenever possible. Many of the salad items, vegetables and berries are grown on our farm without chemicals.

Jude’s passion and flair for cooking fine food has developed further during six years in Botswana working in the 5 star luxury lodge industry as Food & Beverage Manager.
After returning to Underberg in 2015, Jude started catering locally again as well as teaching domestic workers how to cook.
