?The present day organisation of B&O Inc. finds its roots in the practice established over 70 years ago in Umzimkhulu by the late Denis Button. Specialising in Cadastral Survey Denis concentrated on the areas of Southern Natal and Northern Transkei - areas the company still services today. Catering towards a broader client base and to meet the increasing demand throughout the greater KwaZulu Natal region focus shifted to Durban in 1983 and the partnership of Button and O’Connor was formed.
Similar expansion took place in 1996 when Button and O’Connor, under the management of Dave Button and Mark Turnbull, opened an office in Kokstad.
Since 1998 B&O Incorporated has operated under the directorship of Mark Turnbull and Greg Hitchins and can proudly claim to be one of, if not the longest running professional Survey firms in KwaZulu Natal and has seen considerable expansion of both services offered and the geographical areas the company works in.
