Describe a recent project that you have completed.Debt counselling is a formal, regulated process, where a debt counsellor negotiates, on a consumer’s behalf, with all the consumers’ creditors, to have the debt term extended and the instalments reduced. The consumer’s debt counsellor may also appeal to his creditors to reduce the interest rate/s on his credit agreements so that the consumer can afford to pay off all his debt as soon as possible.
Who are some of your customers and can you provide traceable references?Since debt counselling was introduced in 2007, more than 400 000 consumers have applied for debt counselling, over R10 billion has been paid to credit providers by consumers in debt counselling, and an average of about R255 million is collected monthly from consumers and paid over to their creditor providers.

We assist and rehabilitate over indebted and debt stressed consumers become debt-free, and to manage a healthy credit lifestyle on rehabilitation.
