THT Properties are unreliable. The project (a whole house remodel-extension and renovation) started well. Issues arose after it transpired that Thato had under quoted me. I managed to apply for finance the one time, in order to push the project to completion. After 2 more months, work came to a grinding halt because he'd again miscalculated costs. Consequently, I am left with a house that is only 80% complete. Thato has since disappeared. He doesn't answer calls or messages and has stopped communicatimg whatsoever. He's also stolen my garage motor after having damaged it during construction. He said he was taking it for repairs, but he's never brought it back. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the NHBRC and the police (stolen motor) and would urge you to choose wisely when selecting this contractor for any building needs as he's proved to be dishonest and a huge disappointment and unreliable.
