Painting of a 4 bed house ,2 bed cottage, 1 bed flat and double garages. Very thorough preparation and painting of external walls gutters and facias.Pleasant trustworthy owner and staff. Respectful and clean workers . Completed in 2weeks ! Very Satisfied for transformation done.

The business owner is a Prince2 project management Practitioner who qualified in the United Kingdom. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering with honors degree so is well aware of material composition and how they behave under different forces and temperature which gives you the assurance that best methods will be used as well as quality materials when carrying out your work.

Describe a recent project that you have completed.

As of June 2017 RenoNation is working on a complete repair and renovation of an old municipal house in Pietermaritzburg. This includes waterproofing and painting of the roof as well as a building structural defect repair. Increasing the height of the boundary wall. Plastering and painting the exterior and interior of the house as well as tiling the complete housing fitting of new toilet and basin. The bedrooms will also have built in cupboards installed and a fitted kitchen.
