I applied for a cellphone contract last week. I was told the credit check will take 24/48hours. I never receiived any communicarion from the agaent who did the contract. I went to the store yesterday stood in the queue for over an hour to be told that they haven't made a decision as yet. There are other networks running promotions too. I can't sit around waiting for telkom to take 10 years to make a decision on a contract. I'm not buying the store a simple R299 contract. Not a hard decision. I would hope to have a response today as i have decided that staying on the network i am is not as bad if this is how telkom handles NEW CUSTOMERS. I am not expecting miracles. An answer by telephone. Courtesy i don't know why they haven't approved it so maybe you won't want to wait any longer for an answer. Will suffice and i will be able to do my upgrade else where. Ensure i have my concerns attended to as i was told to expect a call today
