Playing sport is an important part of childhood. It can be difficult to encourage the quieter, less competitive children to venture outside and onto the sports field. Not every child feels comfortable chasing a rugby ball and getting tackled, or kicking a soccer ball across a field. Playing a sport does not have to mean the typical high impact, competitive sports you see on the field.
