Bad customer service, requested a quote however, I was told I am not allowed to purchase my own goods as they may be wrong. Not sensible at all :(

Unfortunately a lot of the time we are on the back foot when we arrive to an installation where a customer has purchased the material as the customer does not always have everything required. I tried to explain this to the customer.

Great service from Gas Viper - highly recommended. We needed a gas bottle cage installed. After phoning four other installers, Gas Viper quoted the best price for the cage & installation and was highly recommened on local street WhatsApp group. The cage was installed quickly, no hassles - job well done!
