Great service! These guys are always punctual. They are also flexible: we asked them if they can remove another tree on the day and they did it with a smile. These guys know what they do and they do the job well. They also leave the place nice and tidy after the job has been completed.

I was desperate about two years ago to find a reliable, professional handyman, tiler or builder and went on the internet. I found Cain's number and called him. I have found him to be truthful, he will let you know if he cannot do the job you ask of him, he communicates properly, if theres going to be a delay in the job, he will let you know. When he is on site doing whatever he has agreed to do, he does it professionally, good attitude and workmanship. I have used his services for tiling, building a wall, drilling drainage holes, fitting an awning, removing rubble and petty handy work I have needed. He is fair in his fees and doesn't take advantage of charging women extra. I highly recommend Cain for any service he agrees to offer, you will never regret having called on him.

Cain had to install a storm water pit at my property. It was about half a day's job. He did it excellently! He arrived on time and was well equipped with his own tools and materials, was polite, and left the job nicely cleaned up and tidy. He would be my first choice for any job in future and I recommend him strongly to others.

Cain has helped us to level and tile our outside area, which was a 64 square meter surface, and has built raised planter boxes for us as well. He was more than willing to take on a few odd extra jobs such as fixing a gutter or delivering potting soil, and has a very helping attitude. From all contractors who came to quote for the project, he was the one who showed the most skill and knowledge during the quoting process and came out as one of the more affordable quotes. He suggested a few improvements and safeguards which we put in, such as waterproofing the neighbor's wall to prevent water damage on his property. None of the other contractors came with those type of suggestions, and eventually figured it might not be a bad idea once i suggested it to them. All in all - Cain would be the first person I'd call if I need any more work done on my property. He's affordable, gets back to you when he said he would, and gets the job done properly and on time. Cain and his team were great. They were engaged to clear out all of the rubbish in my garden, chop a tree down, move one tree to another part of the garden, and build a wall for a kitchen garden. They completed the job in the timescale provided. They left the property in a tidy state every day. I would recommend them.

We have received excellent services from McCain Construction Team as follows: - Full bathroom/plumbing conversion ( shower, basin, toilet, tiling, plumbing for washing machine ) - Full Kitchen sink plumbing - Re-install outside paving for adequate water flow to avoid flooding outside kitchen area - Remove old geyser, and instal new geyser - Connect up new geyser to separate flatlet bathroom - Install new toilet in main en-suite bathroom - Wall tiling in kitchen area Ongoing services still underway.
