I undertake long and short-term face-to-face work and will help clients to deal with anything that causes distress or difficulty.
I believe that you are the expert in your own experience and I am here to support you on your journey by listening, empathising and accepting your reality.
I participate in many personal development activities, courses, training and workshops and will continue to do so as ongoing training. My most recent training has been in BWRT (level 1 and 2) as well as BWRT Coaching. I find BWRT to be an effective tool for dealing with many issues especially fears, anxieties, phobias, self esteem, grief and trauma.
My own personal ethos is to offer each client a safe, supportive and confidential environment. I aim to build a respectful relationship through mutual trust and acceptance. I hope to empower the client to explore and find the best strategy or solution for their own issues or problems through empathy, understanding in a non-judgemental way
I am a member of the HPCSA, SACSSP, SAASWIPP and BHF, and work in line with their Code of Ethics.
