Supplying new refuse bin bags (charged separately)

Replacement of globes, etc. to be charged accordingly.
Checking and adjusting automatic light timers e.g.: from winter to summer

Replacement of washing lines as needed and adjusting line tension (we quote separately)

Laundry rooms: - wiping down washing machines and dryers with a damp cloth and emptying the fluff trays
Removing of non-municipal collection i.e. building rubble and boxes can be arranged at an extra fee. We send an extra team out.
Watering of gardens and pot plants (depending on water restrictions and per agreed quote)
Maintaining overall neatness and cleanliness
