I am a teacher at Fish Hoek High School and accidently fell off a chair. I broke my right hand wrist and the femur in the hip socket of my right leg. The CMR response was swift. The professional way in which they conducted the information search of my medical history, the circumstances of the accident and the way that they administered the necessary medical care: ECG, IV-line, drug for pain, were excellent. The ambulance service was prompt and professional. Dave, thank you for being professional and caring in the way that you talked me through the pain. I was at peace and very calm . You continuously informed me what you were doing and you had a small joke or two just to keep a positive atmosphere going. I also salute the lady who put a splint on my wrist. Sorry I can not remember her name. I had a hip replacement and surgery to mend my wrist. I am without pain and well on my way of recovering. CMR! I THANK YOU!! You are the best! Sarie van Eeden
