Penny Griffiths (“Penny”) holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Law and Economics which she obtained from the University of Witwatersrand (“Wits”) in 1994.
She also has a Bachelor of Laws (“LLB”) from which she obtained from the University of South Africa (“Unisa”) in 1996.
In March 2000 she obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Insolvency and in 2001 a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg.
She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court by the North Gauteng High Court in 1997, and in 2000 qualified to practice in the UK and the Ireland as a Solicitor.
Her experience includes 19 (nineteen) years of legal experience, at all Court levels.
Penny Griffiths Attorneys (“the firm”) is a law firm which was established in February 2007.
It is a focused practice, with its current focuses being on commercial, corporate, collections, civil, property, sports, matrimonial (divorce), banking, criminal, deceased estates and labour law. This also escalates to drafting of opinions and sitting on c tribunals on behalf of various clients.
