Paid a deposit and never heard from him again! Very poor service.

Uncontactable, unprofessional, and unhelpful.

I hired Theuns to replace the doors at my flat I was quoted and paid the deposit (and an additional R500 because he ran out of petrol driving to his father's house). Getting him to the site and to work on the doors was a nightmare. Issue after issue and excuse after excuse. I asked him for a refund as he did not complete the job. I am still R3500+ outstanding and haven't been able to get a hold of him since. What a scam!

Eventually, when he did get to the site, the doors were the wrong size because he didn't measure prior and proceeded to leave without even letting me know, I only knew he left because he used an access code to get in. If I hadn't called him to find out why he left I probably wouldn't have heard back from him. I asked him to buy the door from the supplier. Still unresolved and has still not been refunded.

My pool was not working for some time and not properly designed and today is sparkling and modern!

Anton at Aqua-works was within my budget and on time to complete the work in-spite of the rainy season. They also replaced incorrectly fitted pipes

I highly recommend Aqua-wax for any related service.

More than awesome service from Theuns! He was incredibly thorough with the assessment as well as quick to install a new geyser when our current one decided to go to geyser heaven. Awesome service overall! Particularly enjoyed his positive attitude and the fact that he communicates in a timely manner on all aspects (delays, pricing, etc). Definitely recommend!
