1) Materials Distribution Division

Supply of Building Construction Materials and Aggregates.

Our procurement organization manages an annual global spend of more than R5 million in equipment, materials and services through strategic sourcing, material management, contract management and logistics functions.

Neldon’s advanced sourcing methods, market intelligence and global purchasing volume enable the company to drive cost and schedule certainty for Clients' capital projects.
The company supplies and delivers amongst other construction materials and equipment , construction aggregates (various sizes and colors), smooth decorative pebbles , gabion rock , dump rock , G1 to G7 material and Various building sand all used for construction purposes . The Color and size are based on customer’s choice and preference.

2) Engineering and Projects Division

With growing offices in Southern Africa and 24/7 engineering capabilities, Neldon Construction can meet Clients' project needs anywhere. Engineering disciplines include : civil, electrical, mechanical, piping and structural engineering; as well as advanced specialties such as simulation, enterprise integration, integrated automation processes and interactive 3D and 4D modeling.

Neldon collaborates with their client counterparts to develop integrated solutions that may include engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction (EPFC), maintenance and project management. From the earliest stages of project design, we involve the construction and commissioning teams to provide capital and schedule efficiencies.

• Electrical , Plumbing, Painting and Tiling Services
The company has a diverse working team of artisans headed by well trained engineers hence offers general and specialized hand job services such as painting, tiling, plumbing and electricity installation, lighting and electrification jobs for large Companies as well as private clients.

• Paving
Our young team of researchers ensures we keep abreast with the latest block/brick paving, concrete paving , natural stone, aggregate paving and exposed aggregate paving trends , ensuring that we accommodate the diversity brought in by our cliental base. In addition to this primary service, we also offer maintenance services.

• Tar and Asphalt works
Neldon also supplies Cold mix, Hot mix, and provides services for resealing of tar for both residential, commercial and Industrial areas. We carry out all asphalt and tar works, road construction – including Asphalt Chip & Spray and Slurry Seals, Road markings, road maintenance, signage, retaining walls, kerbing, channeling.

• Tennis Courts and related infrastructure
Neldon is also into construction and maintenance of new tennis courts, basketball courts and net-ball courts.


• Earth Works
Site works, unit development, civil construction, cut and fill, Water Drainage construction and maintenance.

? Mechanical and Steel Structures Services

• Gabion Retaining Walls and Steel Structures
Headed by our Mechanical Engineer the steel structures unit specializes in roof structures, girder, cat ladders, staircases, landings platforms, mess gratings, columns/beams, gutters, conveyor hoppers, silos, tanks girders at both domestic and commercial level. The unit does also mall structures, bridges structures trailers pipe fittings, installation of security doors. Installation of cable racking in the plant for instruments and electrical cables, burglar bars and security gates.

The joint efforts between civil and mechanical teams see’s the organization carrying out erection of Gabion walls , storm water drains and retaining walls.
