• Telephonic, mail and electronic collection techniques in a legal and ethical manner.
• We are able to trace all debtors through a minimum of two data bases as long as we have either: an ID Number, Company registration Number, date of birth or even on a physical address should a debtor change his/her location.
• NIGHTWATCH offers default loading facilities (blacklist) to clients in a double blind manner which is a highly effective way of dealing with both troublesome and professional debtors.
• Monthly management reports to ensure that you are updated on the progress of collections.
•Review of current and proposed contract/consent forms to ensure all the stipulations are favourable to the National Credit Act and for doctors legally compliant with the HPCSA regulations.

NIGHTWATCH charges a percentage (excluding VAT) upon collection of the account. This fee is a guideline and negotiation is always welcome. There are no monthly membership fees, administration fees, consumable fees, bank charges, postage fees nor any other hidden costs. You only pay the commission upon collection.
You only pay on the successful accounts collected; you cannot lose more money chasing a delinquent debtor.
Interest is accumulated on the account and is accumulated on the account whilst under our administration, our clients receive an agreed to percentage of the interest recovered. This percentage is calculated on the total amount collected. Effectively, this means our clients may recover more than just a portion of the capital debt.
