The purpose of Transform Your Health Network is to help people create more success, joy and abundance by addressing and resolving their life challenges, problems and pain.
In order to do this, our team uses an integrated approach, jointly combining more than 30 years of experience and the talents and skills of qualified Counsellors, Dieticians, Psychologists and Life Coaches.
Challenges, problems and pain show up in many forms: mentally, emotionally and physically. Examples range from a lack of coping skills, stress, money issues, relationship challenges, divorce, weight issues, chronic pain to illness and disease.
