Secretary at this practice is the most rudest lady I have ever communicated with. I have seen Dr. Rauff previously and required a follow up session. Aneshree calls me to give me a time and when I tell her that I cannot make that particular time...she rudely tells me that I can then find another endocrinologist if that's the case. If this is how you deal with a paying patient...then I'm sorry you will not see me again! Aneshree -sad to say that you are the face to Dr Rauff's practice and your mannerisms in which you deal with clients is quite pathetic.
