Amazing service. Yesterday, I attempted to replace my micro sim for a nano sim at the Vodacom store opposite the MTN store in Musgrave mall. After coutless efforts with Vodacom, they were unable to assist me due to the "lack of documentation" which I had with me. After my struggles I went to the MTN store where a polite gentlemen was able to assist me within minutes.... Hassle free! <3

Mtn Musgrave are not very customer friendly! I have emailed them several times with no response to confirm that they have received my messages. They assured to call me after 42hrs and it has been day 3 and I have not received a call from them, I tried calling them and their number is permanently engaged. As a customer I feel ignored and neglected!!!!!!! i now will have to go to musgrave after work to follow up on my queries! very very annoying!!!
