I urgently needed waterproofing done on my balconies as they covered a very large section of the house on the ground floor, Leopold quoted a very reasonable price and waterproofed my balconies, covered all the settling cracks and fine hairs lines on the walls as well as took the time to seal all my windows to stop the rain water from coming in. He took the time to show me what it was that was causing the water damage and was happy to add these onto the quote. On short notice I had an issue with the kitchen faucet and he fixed this too! Overall I am very happy with his quality of work. I highly recommend his services and want to thank him for allowing me to rest easy when it rains as the water damage was causing sleepless nights!
