This is the modern combat system based on the ancient martial art of Korea’s warrior knights. The system is one of the most complete in the world covering all ranges of fighting from close quarter grappling, throws and escape from grasps through knees and elbows to powerful hand strikes and devastating kicks. We also include weapons training featuring all the popular modern and traditional weapons. Made famous by exponents like Chuck Norris and through movies like the Karate Kid and Best of the Best, this traditional system has been broadened to also include aspects of boxing.

The modern training methods involved are designed to strengthen and tone the body while increasing flexibility and co-ordination. Traditional forms combine with flying kicks to promote balance and core strength. Leg strength is promoted through traditional stance work as is correct hip rotation for maximum power. Concentration and self discipline are developed with forms training and self defence one-steps. Confidence is built up through steady progression and achievement. Individuals learn to respect themselves and others and learn to strive hard to contantly improve.
