I'm very much disappointed. Customer service in Cape Town is very poor.I have waiting to have my tracker fitted in my new car but still nothing, I'm still waiting, my car is still at the dealership. They don't answer cellphone. I regret supporting the business, 3 years contract fully paid...
It was my pleasure to have dealt with Faranazh, Theresa and finally Ikraam who came to do the installation. I received courteous, excellent service from all 3, such a joy to find these days. The 3 of you are a credit to the company. Well done.
