We were in the process of paying for our goods when we saw the flames overhead . It was in the isle with the brooms, mops and detergentI. What sticks above all is that the staff had on clue about the evacuation process. No alarm had gone off at that stage and no. Sprinklers. It was crazy. As we were leaving the alarm was only then set off. We got out fairly quickly and called the fire brigade. I can not help by think that the staff are not adequately trained for these situations and no sprinklers? Horrific. We can only thank GOD alone that everyone got out. Better procedures and risk planning are imperative. Too many people now will have no work place to return to and we only pray that the owners ensures that their staff and taken care of financially as well as emotionally. We pray for all the families affected and for wisdom for the bosses when making decisions going forward in JESUS name amen
